Installation Instructions

Since our app is not yet code-signed, your operating system may show a security warning. This is normal for new apps - follow the steps below to install safely.

Windows

  1. 1.Download the .exe installer
  2. 2.If you see "Windows protected your PC", click More info
  3. 3.Click Run anyway
  4. 4.Follow the installer prompts

macOS (Universal - Intel & Apple Silicon)

  1. 1.Download the universal .dmg file (works on all Macs)
  2. 2.Open the .dmg and drag the app to Applications
  3. 3.If you see "app is damaged", open Terminal and run:
xattr -cr /Applications/InterviewCracker.app
  1. 4.Right-click the app → Open → Click Open

Alternative: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Click "Open Anyway"

Linux

AppImage:

chmod +x InterviewCracker-*.AppImage
./InterviewCracker-*.AppImage

Debian/Ubuntu (.deb):

sudo dpkg -i interviewcracker_*.deb
